Thanks! Mark Zana (3rd place) and I took a quick trip on Thursday to check it out and see how it was. I think others got a few sessions in earlier in the week. I'm thinking that was a slight advantage...
but, both Zana and myself do extensive autocross events. I've done about 30-40 track events in my CRX (roughly the same size as the karts), an event in my Maxima, and a session in a friend's Z32 (Aaron's)...
I've also driven a 125cc/250cc shifter karts a few times, as well as done a lot (read: 100+) of sessions at a local indoor kart track. Plus, Wednesday, we ran a 5 hour indoor kart enduro here in Vegas... I'm not sure if that was fair for everyone else, since I've had a lot of track experience...hence the name, cars are to be driven! :queue cheesy music:
